bandwidth from DS-1 to OC-48 SONET. Employing the some of the advanced
network backbone infrastructure available, NetStar utilizes self-healing
SONET-based Internet Protocol (IP) network with packet over SONET technology
to assure secure delivery of your communications traffic at the highest
rates available.
For businesses that require
the use of a full DS-1, DS-3, OC-3, OC-12, or OC-48 line only during certain
busy times of the day, Burstable Leased Line Service
is an excellent option that provides on-demand bandwidth with flexible
pricing. If you want dedicated service, but aren't ready for a full circuit,
NetStar's Tiered Dedicated Internet Access Service is the solution. You
decide the bandwidth you want to begin with, and easily upgrade to utilizing
the full capacity of the circuit as your business grows.
When you need more bandwidth
than a single DS-1 but find that a full DS-3 is too costly, NetStar's NxDS-1
Service is a great solution. The service bundles two to eight T1 circuits
together to give you a total bandwidth from 3 Mbps to 12 Mbps with
the ability to quickly increase your capacity to meet demand growth rates.
All Dedicated Internet Access Services
have a one-time setup fee which includes port turn-up, routing, mail, and
other service coordination. Customers will need to provide a CSU/DSU and
a router at their end unless otherwise specified. To
provide you with a complete Internet access solution, NetStar also integrates
high-speed connectivity with managed router and firewall services, security
