Airport Services

NetStar offers Interline Cargo, Mail, and Baggage Transfers, Skycap, and Wheelchair services.

Cargo Buildup, Breakdown and Warehousing

Freight carriers deliver cargo from multiple shippers on pallets or in fiberglass containers. The cargo is separated from its original shipping containers, sorted out and the contents are warhoused. NetStar also offers temporary storage of cargo and the provision of security services. 

Ramp Services

These include aircraft towing and pushbacks, marshalling, aircraft loading and unloading, lavatory waste disposal, potable water tank servicing, ground power unit services, air start and other services. 

Mail Handling, Sorting and Distribution

Includes the loading and unloading of mail, sorting mail by class and destination, and distributing the mail to departing aircraft and trucks. 

Aircraft De-icing

This service involves the spray application of de-icing and anti-icing fluid, which is applied to all surfaces of aircraft exposed to snow and ice accumulation. Specialized trucks and trained personnel are used in these operations.

Ancillary Freight and Passnger Aircraft Services

NetStar offers ancillary services to certain customers upon request, including, among others, ground service transportation for aircraft crews from hotels, airports and cities.

Ground Equipment Leasing, Sales and Maintenance

Ground equipment maintenance includes preventive maintenance of ground support equipment and vehicles. Services include basic engine fluid checks and replacement, fueling, hydraulic fluid checks and replacement, belt checks and replacement, timing mechanism checks and repair and overhaul of equipment. In addition, NetStar offers leasing, and on occasion, sells or trades, ground handling and support equipment including main deck loaders, ground power units, pushbacks, forklifts, de-icing trucks and air starts. 

Aircraft Interior Cleaning

Aircraft cleaning services include the removal of trash, folding and stacking of blankets and pillows, folding of seat belts and the stowing of magazines. Lavatories and galleys are cleaned and carpets are vacuumed, dry stock and potable water reservoirs are replenished. 

Airport Property and Facilities Management

NetStar offers, among other things, building maintenance, grounds keeping and subleasing of facilities.

24-Hour Contract and Emergency Ramp Services

NetStar offers any of these services on short notice 24-hours a day.
