Netstar Technologies Installation
Services coordinates installation for multi-vendor projects from start
to finish, including on-site staging, software installation, network systems
installation and network certification on a national basis. Installation
services can be performed with little disruption to daily business operations
and include services such as:

At the customer's site, NetStar
will inventory all pre-staged equipment and reconcile against items ordered.
A technician will assemble all hardware at the customer's site as specified
in the Statement of Work and verify all hardware and network devices are
functioning correctly utilizing the applicable vendor's diagnostics. After
completion of the installation, NetStar will provide the system orientation
to the Network Administrator to review such things as application and network
installations, system features and benefits, basic operating procedures
of the network operating system and a review of the network topology design.
Customers will be provided a detailed report on all activities accomplished
during the installation process, an installed equipment/serial number report,
a hardware setting report, a software configurations report, a network
systems layout, and a cabling routing diagram. A comprehensive line of
training and educational services can also be provided to the customer
on a quotable basis.
