NetStar Technologies Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Services are provided by Evergreen Air Center (EAC), located at the Pinal County Air Park, Marana, Arizona USA, northwest of Tucson. The 1600-acre facility contains three maintenance hangars, a large maintenance flight line, and extensive storage facilities. EAC operates the airfield and has responsibility for the upkeep and availability of the runway. The runway is 6,850 feet long and is rated for Boeing 747-400 aircraft.

EAC is the largest commercial aircraft storage, paint and maintenance facility in the world with 20 million square feet of ramp & storage area to accommodate 300 aircraft. The facility can accommodate any size aircraft up to the B747-400 series aircraft and has full service component overhaul and repair shops. 
 

FAA Facility Information

As shown in the FAA Certificate, Evergreen Air Center holds the following limited ratings as in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation Part 145:   

Airframe

Class 4: All-metal construction of large aircraft

Radios

Class 1: Communication equipment
Class 2: Navigation equipment
Class 3: Radar equipment

Instrument Ratings - All models

Class 1: Mechanical 
Class 2: Electrical 
Class 3: Gyroscopic

Accessory - All Makes and Models

Class 1: Mechanical accessories that depend on friction, hydraulics, mechanical linkage, or pneumatic pressure for operation, including aircraft wheel brakes, mechanically driven pumps, carburetors, aircraft wheel assemblies, shock absorber struts and hydraulic servo units.   

Class 2: Electrical accessories that depend on electrical energy for their operation, and generators, including starters, voltage regulators, electric motors, electrically driven fuel pumps, magnetos, or similar electrical accessories.   

Class 3: Electronic accessories that depend on the use of an electron tube transistor, or similar device, including supercharger, temperature, air conditioning controls, or similar electronic controls.   

Special Services

(1) Maintenance and repair of Marathon, Saft, Gulton, and General Electric nickel cadmium batteries IAW current manufacturers instructions. 

(2) Maintenance and repair of lead acid batteries IAW current manufacturers instructions. 

(3) Altimeter and Static System testing and inspections IAW FAR 43, Appendix E.   

Power Plant

Minor maintenance and replacement of accessories on Pratt & Whitney, General Electric or Rolls Royce engines IAW P& W, GE or RR engine maintenance manuals.         

Limited Airframe - Special Service - Non Destructive Testing (NDT)

EAC has in house Level II and III NDT technicians NDT will be performed IAW the procedures listed below and data supplied by the manufacturer. - Radiographic - Ultrasonic - Magnetic Particle - Dye Penetrate - Eddy Current   

Limited Airframe - Special Service - Interior

Aircraft interior installation and refurbishing and the capability to comply with FAA approved flammability testing of aircraft materials used in compartment interiors when accomplished in accordance with specifications or data approved by the FAA Administrator
