Maintenance Services
NetStar Technologies offers
comprehensive maintenance services for multi-vendor servers, workstations,
laptops, portable PCs, terminals, hardware options, and peripherals. Services
can be provided for systems in several ways to fit the customer's needs.
Service options include:

On-Site Hardware Maintenance
- provides one centralized number for hardware call screening, diagnostics,
and service dispatching of technicians to the customer's location, at their
convenience. Hardware Maintenance Services can be contracted for systems
to upgrade manufacturer's depot warranty to on-site service, to improve
service response time on manufacturer's on-site warranty, and for out of
warranty on-site maintenance service.

Time and Materials Hardware
Maintenance - available for customers who desire hardware repair services
on a per call basis. This gives the non-contracted customer the ability
to access NetStar’s maintenance services for both warranty and non-warranty
repairs. This service can be arranged as a depot service, where the customer
drops off the equipment at NetStar Technologies location, or as an on-site
service.

Custom Options - includes
quotes for systems not featured on NetStar's supported products list in
addition to services not offered under the standard hardware maintenance
features such as priority response (same day 4 or 8 hour response), extended
hours of coverage (24 x 7 support), hot spares, and on-site repair programs.
Our team of service technicians
are trained to handle virtually any computer or network system maintenance
demand. In addition to our own maintenance services, NetStar offers manufacturer's
and third party hardware service, support, and extended warranty programs
include programs from 3Com, Cisco, G.E., Hewlett Packard, IBM, Sun and
more.
