To start your Dialup Internet Access account, please complete and submit the form below. All fields must be filled out completely. After completing the form below, send an initial two month pre-payment in the amount of $20.00 U.S. dollars by mail to the following address:

For your initial two month pre-payment, we accept personal check, company check, money order, or cashier's check only. Please do not send cash. Because of recent the events surrounding terrorist attacks on the U.S. and network security measures we have implemented to protect our computer/network systems and customers, NetStar Technologies does not accept credit card payment by telephone or by signing up online using our online signup form at this time.

The information you submit on the form below is immediately entered into our pre-registration system and your account will be activated within 24 business hours after we receive your payment. Our business hours are Monday - Friday,
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Upon activation of your account, a Dialup Internet Services Welcome Kit will be mailed to you containing important account information including your local dialup access number, username, password, and a comprehensive user's guide.
