Spam is not only an annoyance, but it costs money to store, transmit and receive the abundance of messages on an e-mail server. In many cases, Spam messages are get-rich-quick schemes or illegal/adult services. For these reasons NetStar Technologies takes a "No Tolerance" stand on e-mail and Usenet Spam. If we acquire compelling evidence that a NetStar Technologies user is using their account to send Unsolicited Bulk Email, or Bulk Usenet Postings, we reserve the right to terminate the account without refund. This is in accordance with NetStar Technologies Terms and Conditions of Use which all members automatically agree to upon subscription. Although not required to do so, Netstar Technologies may issue a warning for the first time we detect that Unsolicited E-Mail or News Post is being sent by a NetStar Technologies user. Successive attempts of such behavior will lead to termination of the account and/or deletion of website.
